• Delivery without specifying an exact address. If you don't know the recipient's address, you can leave their phone number and select the ‘Address to be arranged with the recipient’ option. The seller will contact the recipient to arrange delivery.
• Calendar. Flowwow is your personal holiday organizer: add all important events to your calendar to receive reminders and tips.

Yes I like the bouquet but I misunderstood about the delivery . I though you would contact the person to ask what is the best time to deliver and not that you are in front of the office and call. Nest time I will fix a time for delivery. Overall Happy with the service. thank you.

Bad during service disruptions
I’ve been using Flowwow for years and have had a good experience, meaning that flowers were usually delivered as promised.
But this year, when I placed an advance order for flowers for the Women’s Day holiday, the company failed to deliver them. Disruptions happen and that’s fine - I wouldn’t dock them two stars for this. But their customer service truly failed as they didn’t do anything at all to help with the issue. No proactive communication. No responses at all to my messages to them. I was willing to wait a full 24 hours and have these flowers delivered the following day but they didn’t do it and never replied.
Bad customer service is a choice. It’s a choice companies like Flowwow make because they are cutting costs or increasing margins. They show with their disregard for their customers’ business that they don’t actually value the customer - just the money. If this was my first experience with them, I would never come back and they would get 0 stars from me.
I hope that they read these reviews and think about how they can get better and learn from their mistakes.

Not helpful; app not user friendly.
Decided to find a different service for delivering flowers that I cannot. But even after entering the delivery address, the app continues to recommend shops that don’t deliver to that address.
It would be helpful to see the shops that do, so I don’t continue to waste time selecting different bouquets only to learn the shop selected doesn’t “deliver to that address”. Then when you choose the button to see shops that supposedly do, the original recommended shops are shown.
